Taken directly from the front page of the local section and just for Amy Sue, “The Kern County Fair opens its gates at 3 pm Wednesday. Kids can start off at Picasso’s Kiddie Karaoke at the Calico Corner and those looking for a unique experience can mosey on over to the Diary Birthing Center at the Dairy Pavilion.”
