I like this letter

Taken from the paper today.

When the article came out in the paper declaring Bakersfield one of the happiest cities in the nation, I heard a lot of people asking each other how we managed to do it.

Well, now it's clear because we also rank among the highest in lack of education. I guess ignorance really is bliss.
