Bakersfield TV

For those of you who missed it, the TV show Bakersfield PD is somehow for sale on DVD. I never watched the show when it first aired in 1993 but I’ve seen it since then and I thought it was totally hilarious. They made it seem like Bakersfield was a totally small town, more like Taft or something, but the comedy was good. I was just showing my friend the DVD’s on ebay and wondering why the seller is from the U.K. She told me that the show was really popular there and when she lived in England people used to ask her about it. From what I understand the series was never released on DVD, so I don’t know how this guy made his DVD’s, but the price isn’t bad.
