Choke Hold

Last week the paper announced Fire Chief Ronald Fraze had been cited on suspicion of spousal abuse and place on administrative leave. His wife said he tried to choke her last Friday following an argument in their home that night. Yesterday she took it all back. Now she says nothing happened and that it was all just a big misunderstanding. Mrs. Fraze now says they have a “solid marriage” and that she didn’t remember telling the police he tried to choke her, but she didn’t mean it.

Even if he didn’t try to choke her last week, something tells me he’d love to throttle her now.
