A 31 year old man drowned yesterday in one of the lakes at the Park at the River Walk. This is the second drowning at the park since it opened in April. I haven’t been out there yet, but now I’m starting to wonder about those lakes. I can’t imagine they’re THAT big.
Why are they so treacherous?
