Happy he's not my Brothers.

It looks like the Vincent Brothers’ trial may go to the jury soon. I’d love to be a fly on the wall of that room. The prosecution did a good job of building a case against Brothers, but it sounds like the defense has also done a pretty good job of punching holes in their case. The Bro himself took the stand this week to blubber about how much he misses his family. Then the DA asked him if he murdered them. I assume she didn’t really expect him to answer that question in the affirmative.

Yesterday Brothers tired to explain why he put some many miles on his rental car. According to him, the day before the murder he left a dawn to drive to Indiana to see a basketball game. On his way out to the car he ran into another Brothers and invited him a long. They drove to Indiana, and then realized they had the wrong day, so they drove to Missouri. Doesn’t sound suspicious at all.

I honestly don’t know what to think about this case. Brothers is the natural suspect, but they really haven’t come up with much evidence. Brothers has wept several times during the course of the trial, which makes me think he really did love and care about his family. But the fact that the baby was killed makes me think who ever did it wasn’t a stranger to the family.

Anyone want to make any bets on what the outcome will be?
