A local fireman was hurt yesterday while helping to rescue a man who, get this, was painting the inside of a 4,000 tank. It’s kind of amazing to think a 42 year old man would think it’s a good idea to crawl inside a giant tank and start painting. Fumes? Hello?
It took nearly 50 firefighters two hours to get that dude out of the tank. Once they did they stripped him down and hosed him off, then they put him in white jumpsuit. It’s a good thing he was still groggy from the fumes.
Otherwise he may have died from embarrassment.
