The article in the Californian about the new perv in town carries another warning... do not threaten or harass this guy or the BPD will kill you. It's true! Back in February, Gabriel Garcia nutted up when he found out his neighbor was a pedophile, got hopped up on drugs and tried to break into the perv’s house. The cops came and shot and killed the teenager.

Told you… the BPD mean business.
