Monster Sucks

There’s a big ol’ article on the front page of the paper today all about those big ol’ monster trucks I keep seeing all over town. The article explains that the trucks are dangerous, frequently illegal, and very expensive.  Kent Porter, owner of Krazy Kustomz, admits that, “On a real big truck, it’s hard to see cars next to you or behind you” and “Sometimes you can’t even see cars in front of you…”  That’s great.  I feel real safe sharing the road with someone who can’t see anything.  Personally I don’t see the appeal of these trucks.  They waste gas and pose a threat to other vehicles.  As far as I’m concerned they just look dumb.  

It’s kind of hard to look cool when you’re struggling to get into your own truck.
