Okay, I see all kinds of things wrong with this story. First of all, and most obviously, it’s wrong to scam an old lady. Secondly, didn’t this scam have SCAM written all over it? I can smell the scam from here. Thirdly, who the hell has $20,000 in cash lying around to just hand out to strangers? Not me. I guess I wouldn’t make a very good scam target.
If I had that kind of dough I can think of a thousand different things I would do with it before I'd even consider handing it over to some schmuck I met at Walmart.
