Half Here

Paul and I woke up in Rome at 5:00 Monday morning to return to good ol' Bakersfield, which would have made it Sunday evening here. We got home at about 3:30 A.M. Tuesday. Sans luggage, of course. As it stands right now, all the gifts and all the pictures we took in Italy may still very well be in Italy. Although it is equally possible that our stuff has been strewn across the globe with bits of pieces of it landing in Chicago, Dallas, or LA. Either way, we have nothing to show for our two week trip except a couple of heafty bags under our eyes and a duffle bag full of my dirty chonies and Paul's stinky socks.
