The Infamous Garces Circle.


Father Garces must be rolling over in his grave. Not a day goes by when someone doesn't use the Lord's name in vain while driving around the Garces Circle. I can not figure out why so many people have so much trouble with it. It's a circle - It's not complicated!! Nevertheless, every single time I pass through the circle I see at least one person do something wrong. Seriously - every single time. It's more perilous than the grapevine.
