Rant Vol. 1

It’s really windy today, which is good cuz you can take a deep breath without gagging and the view of the purple mountains majesty allow you to pretend you’re not really living in the armpit of California. Plus it gives all the people completely devoid of wit some thing to talk about.

I’ve been driving around this city for many years now and I gotta tell you – it’s crazy out there. I swear to Allah that I see someone run a red light every single friggin’ day. It’s like you’re playing Russian roulette just get to Trader Joe’s. That’s why I was so completely stunned yesterday when I nearly ran over some stupid student teenage girl who was crossing California Avenue(some 5 lanes) while the light was green!! I am not even joking – I was no more than 2 feet away from turning her into a spot on the road. Talk about a rush of adrenaline…woo baby… I felt like I just jumped out of a plane my heart was beating so hard. And the stupid little @#%& didn’t even look up. She just keep walking, ignoring all the sounds of tires screeching to a stop and horns blaring. And believe me, she didn’t look like the type who is lost in deep thought.

Okay, I’ll stop now, but I mean, really… how dumb is that? I should have gone back and slapped the crap out of her.
