No Bluffing

There was an article in the paper yesterday announcing that General Holding, the company that owns the bluffs above Hart Park, has agreed to allow public access to at least one path and possibly two. It seems the Sacramento based company pissed off the wrong people when they announced their plans to fence off the property and begin development of a new set of tract homes. The thing is, General Holding still has to get approval from the city in order to begin building and that’s not looking too promising right now. Personally I’d be surprised if they ever approve covering the bluffs with homes - that's what all that farmland is for.

Sorry General Holding, looks like you got yourselves a really big park.
