Oh Dear!

I have a feeling this is going to get ugly. According to today’s paper, Daniel Sepeda, the man who died at Downtown Joe’s last month, toxicology reports that he was on PCP at the time. Because of that, “Kern County prosecutors won’t file criminal charges.” I’m sure his family is not going to be happy about this news.

I think that it’s interesting how Jagels manages to prosecute the people he wants to (even if they’re actually innocent) and not prosecute the cases he doesn’t want to, like the Amanda Zubia case for example.

I’m don’t know what’s right or what’s wrong to do in this case – I just know there are going to be a lot of people unhappy over this decision.
