Okay, I’ve checked with my sources who carry credentials and are definitely not stupid and it has been confirmed that I misunderstood the chart and that Bakersfield is dumber than Fresno and despite the fact that I have a college education, because I grew up in Bakersfield I was too dumb to read a stupid chart.

I’m going to go hide under my bed now.
