The streets of Bakersfield were a dangerous place to be this weekend. A man, leading the cops on a high speed car chase, crashed into another car near the intersection of Chester and 23rd street. That car then hit an ambulance which was carrying two people who had been in a car accident earlier. Then the bad guy crashed his van into the 1040 Financial and Tax building on the corner. What a nut. Apparently someone saw him walking around with a sawed off shot gun so they called the cops. As the man tried to get away he threw the gun out the window. Like they wouldn’t notice.
It’s scary to think there are people that stupid out there who are packing heat.
