The next time I hafta come in here...I'm cracking skulls!

Three Kern County sheriffs are going to get a good look at the world from the OTHER side of the bars very soon. Three of the five who beat and kicked inmate James Moore to death, were arrested for murder today, while the remaining two were charged with assault.

The Californian ran an article about Moore’s family recently in which they lamented that nothing seemed to be happening with their case. They wanted to know how Moore was killed, and more importantly, who did it. Today they have their answer. According to our illustrious (cough) D.A., Ed Jagles, “Moore’s head was hit and kicked repeatedly while his legs and arms were secured.”

Something tells me the jailers who handle these three will be a lot gentler this time around.
