Practice makes Perfect

Bruce Sons fourth trial is set to begin this month, but now it looks like there may be more delays. Two of the attorneys who agreed to work the Sons case pro bono have had enough already. Who can blame them? Both attorneys, Roberts Sacks and Michael Steinberg, are “high-powered, high-priced” lawyers from L.A. Something tells me they are sick of working in Bakersfield for free while trying convince a jury to just MAKE A DESCISION ALREADY.

The problem is, if they leave the third attorney, Michael Dellostritto, will have to take over by him self, so of course he’ll need time to prepare. I can’t help but wonder why in the world he would need ANY time to prepare. The dude has been co-counsel for this case through FOUR trials.

I’d think he’d have the whole thing memorized by now.
