There goes the sun.

Today was the first foggy day we’ve had this season. Yesterday was a little foggy, but not like today. I don’t think we should actually call what we have fog. It’s not like the fog in San Francisco, or even like the London fog I see in the movies. Our infamous “tule fog” has a decidedly nasty quality to it. It’s thick, and grey, and sticky. It kind of gives me the impression of one giant asthma attack. But the grossest thing about it is that even when the fog “lifts” the sky will remain grey and ugly for most of the winter. Unless we somehow get a breeze and a few drops of rain.

Other than that, it’s a pretty safe to say we won’t see the sun again until March.
