Bakersfield police are asking for help in finding this guy. Donnie Isbell is accused of stalking and violating a restraining order. He has been arrested over ten times since 1998 and has been convicted of arson, threatening with intent to terrorize, trying to dissuade a witness, and spousal abuse. (Sounds like a fungi to be with.)

My guess is it won’t be long before they find him. With a dome like that, he’d be hard to miss.
