Stealing History

There is a sad story in the paper today. Some scumbag stole a bunch of vintage guns from a WWII vet. Vilas Walhood is a 85 year old war hero who fought the Nazi’s in Germany and killed his fair share with those guns. It pisses me off to no end that they were stolen from him. It also breaks my heart that he is so sad. Luckily they didn’t take his Silver Star or Purple Heart. He looks like such a nice guy too.

Last year someone broke into Sgt. Brian Reed’s home and stole his medals, among other things. They were later returned after being spotted at the swap meet. I sure hope that happens with Walhood’s stuff.
