Chill Out

I have never heard of this before, but I think it's a good idea. Still, I see some problems with it. #1 - If these people are not able to cool themselves adequately, what makes them think they will be able to get themselves to a cooling center? #2 – What are they gonna do once they get there? Just sit there and stare at each other?

I think I’d rather go to the spray park.
