Nicholas Nobella, the dude accused of killing Edward Pedrosa, now claims that it was all done in self defense. According to him it was Edward who came at Nicholas with a knife. Deputy District Attorney Matt Magner responded to this accusation by saying, "It doesn't seem like a guy running around in his underwear is really presenting a deadly threat."
I guess it just depends on what he's got going on in those underware.
