The friendly neighborhood oil refinery 

The oil refinery positioned right in the middle of the white-flight neighborhood of Rosedale will stay open! Shell had announced its closure last November, but apparently the feeble oil company succumbed to “immense political pressure” and agreed to keep that factory pumping black smoke into the air. Whew! That was a close one!
