Contestotopia

Bakotopia has a couple of cool new contests. One contest is for two tickets to see the rap star Nelly on May 18 at the Rabobank Arena (I cannot see that word with out hearing it in Scooby Doo’s voice.) The other contest is for free beer at Kosmos. Every 15 minutes they’re going to text message people randomly and when you get the message you just show it to the bartender and get a free beer. Pretty cool idea. I like it.

If you live in Bakersfield you should definitely participate in both. Take it from me – I won an iPod from them for writing a poem that was two lines long and ended with the word poo.
