He's where he belongs.

The man accused of killing male stripper Edward Pedrosa was arraigned yesterday on charges of first degree murder.  Nicholas Nobella pled not guilty to the charges.  I’m a little confused by the charge of first degree murder.  Sure Nobella told police he had “neutralized the enemy” while pointing at Pedrosa’s body (not the smartest move) but the two had never met so I don’t see how he could have planned the murder.  According to the paper Nobella admitted he had been carrying the knife and “bragged about specialized training he received in how to kill with a knife.”  (Again, not a smart move dude.)

Other witnesses reported that Nobella appeared to be looking for a fight that night.  While at the bachelor party Nobella was asked by the strippers body guard to stop throwing bottle caps at her.  (Yeah, he sounds like a real winner.)  After arriving at the house where the bachelorette party was Nobella became involved with an argument between a couple.  All hell broke lose after that and Pedrosa ended up dead.

Something tells me a life in prison isn’t going to do anything to improve Nobella’s attitude.
